RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Return Time Frame

We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind. 

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.

Starting a Return

If we accept your return, you'll receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items returned without prior approval.


Return Eligibility Checklist:

The item must be in the same condition as received.

The item must be unworn or unused.

The item must have all original tags attached.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If there's any defect, damage, or if you've received the incorrect item, get in touch with us within 48 hours so we can rectify the problem.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (special orders or personalised items). If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns.


Exchanges

For an exchange, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you want.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll inform you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
