 Australia-Wide Shipping

We partner with Australia Post to deliver your orders. Delivery timelines vary by postcode; comprehensive details are at www.auspost.com.au. Busy periods like Christmas and Easter may extend delivery times. Please note Pati Pets is not responsible for shipping delays and cannot offer refunds for late arrivals, but you can return items for store credit (certain exclusions may apply). Delivery requires a signature. If unavailable, you should receive pick-up instructions from the courier, though we suggest tracking your order via the provided number in your email confirmation. Unclaimed parcels returned to us incur a re-delivery fee.

Ensure your shipping information is correct, as we cannot be held liable for errors or items sent to incorrect addresses. Notify us immediately of any address errors before shipment; we cannot modify shipping details post-dispatch. We endeavour to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. All items are well-packed, but we are not liable for courier service issues that may result in loss or damage.

Domestic Delivery Times

Standard: 2-8 business days post-dispatch.

Express: 1-4 business days post-dispatch.

Free Delivery for orders over $100

$10.95 Standard delivery on orders under $100 

$15.95 for Express (does not expedite order preparation).

Return to Sender

Customers bear return shipping costs. Returned items should be unused and in original packaging. 'Return to sender' incurs a fee charged to the buyer.

Cancellation Policy

Pati Pets PTY LTD may cancel orders if unable to provide the products, without liability for any loss or inconvenience. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Contact us for order changes before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during holidays. For express delivery in metropolitan areas, your parcel should arrive in one business day.
